This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal information. It applies to the Cybertechprpo website and all related sites, applications, services, and tools regardless of how you access or use them. 

Your privacy is important to us. We wouldn’t want people mistreating our information, so we’ll do everything we can to safeguard yours. Any information that we collect will only be used in ways to which you have consented. 

This policy came into effect on the 3rd of February 2013 and was last updated on the 5th of July 2022. 

Information collected from website visitors 

When visiting the Cybertechpro Pty Ltd T/A Go Systems website, your activity, browser information, and information about the referring site, along with an approximation of your location, may be recorded. We may also record information linked to your IP address or e-mail address if authenticated to the website.  

Cybertechpro uses this information to improve its website, products and services, and your experience with Cybertechpro.  

Cybertechpro will never publish this information. 

Cybertechpro will not share this personally identifying information with any third party.  

Cybertechpro does not store any credit card information. 

Collection and use of personally-identifying information 

Cybertechpro collects the e-mail addresses, names, and potentially other information when you communicate with Cybertechpro or use its tech solutions. When you register with Cybertechpro, we ask for information such as your name, organisation information, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, and maybe postal addresses. 

Cybertechpro will use the information gathered for the provision of products and services to you; including billing, authentication, contact, and improvement to said products services, and its websites. 

Cybertechpro does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of thirteen (13). 

Protection of personally-identifying information 

Cybertechpro may disclose personally-identifying information to its employees. This will only be done on a need-to-know basis. 

Personally-identifying information will not be transferred outside of your home country as part of our provision of services to you. 

Cybertechpro uses the services of third-party vendors for storage, network, technical, and billing services.

Cybertechpro does not publish correspondence and feedback sent to us.

Cybertechpro will closely monitor the device that includes the client’s personal information to ensure it is not lost or stolen, and a database containing personal information to ensure that no data breach occurs as per requirements of the Notifiable Data Breach (NDB) Scheme. 

Cybertechpro will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) when a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to individuals whose personal information is involved in the breach. 

Cybertechpro will promptly notify the Office of Australian Commissioner (OAIC) once it becomes aware of an eligible data breach as soon as practicable including the identity and contact details of the organisation, description of the data breach, the kinds of information concerned, and recommendations about the steps individuals should take in response to the data breach via Notifiable Data Breach Form.
